Thanks Rob for becoming a fan. I immediately chose "Love Hurts" as I am a big Roy Orbison fan and he was a member of the gang around eastern Arkansas in the old days. One of my piano buddies played drums for Roy for a time. Check out him out, the late Jack Nance former drummer for Conway Twitty and he and Twitty wrote one of the greatest songs in my mind, "It's Only Make Believe". On the way to record at Bill Black's Studio in 1964 Jack showed me his million seller solid gold record award. Boy that gave me rock and roll fever to do well in that recording session with BB. Bill had a great group himself in those days "Bill Black Combo" and had became popular as Elvis' early bass man. Those were great days.
