Dominic Arguelles from the Katy, Tx. band Darwins God died suddenly on July 2, 2014 for a heart attack. I've known him since I was 14, we were married 17 years and had three children before our divorce in 2010. He was a wonderful man and musician.. he could play both guitar and bass and could sing and write music. Dom was in many bands over the years including Two Daym Good, Four Cryin Out Loud, The Volumizers, and Darwins God. He had a talent for harmony and enjoyed it when he could bring out the slide on the guitar. He played many venues across the Greater Houston Area including - Patrick's, The Village Pub, Time Out #1, Time Out #3, 518 Sports Bar, and Fitzgeralds to name a few. Never a man who was too much for casual words, but he'd light up and grin like a fool while on stage. He LIVED for the music. For a huge part of my life he was my best friend and hero. I want his music and memory to live on.
